In keeping with our commitment to the waste management industry, we're sponsors of this week's Municipal Waste Management Association Fall Summit. MWMA is an affiliate of the US Conference of Mayors and concerns itself with pretty much all things related to solid waste, recycling and the environmental repercussions of both.
This year's Fall Summit is in Louisville KY. It's a relatively small event, but with a lot of gravity. There are roughly 70 people registered, most of them waste management and public works executives from large American cities. Also attending are government affairs personnel from some of the largest private waste management firms.
As in years past, the Summit's agenda has a strong technology flavor. We're particularly interested in presentations and deliberations scheduled around disaster preparedness, improving data collection in the garbage truck, and improving real-time and on-demand decision making.
We'll be demonstrating ZelloWork, our push-to-talk solution for work teams. Attendees will see how easily ZelloWork can fit into their app strategy. We'll give them a chance to try out ZelloWork running on a tablet, which is an increasingly popular app platform in waste collection. And of course, they'll be able to try out our app on a smartphone, which is still the device of choice for many drivers and crew members.
